Something about myself 

 

Hi there,

 

My name is Julia , single mother of a beautyful daughter.

End 2022 my healing journey began, my body demonstrated... I got all kinds of vague complaints and panic attacks.

I didn't understand it but was determined; I wanted better for myself!
That's always how it starts in my opinion... with this sentence.

As a child I experienced a lot of trauma ( emotional, mental, and physical abuse and neglect ) that haunted me until I was 31 years old without me giving attention.
I saw this reflected in my environment that I had created myself as in my relationships.

When I started to feel what this inner journey was starting to give me, I was determined
I wish this for everyone and that's how my passion started.
From myself to someone else!
